Skeleton Creek and Ghost in the Machine combine to make a compelling mystery/ghost story. Ryan’s journal has the voice of a teenager while Sarah’s videos keep you on the edge of your seat. My students can’t wait to get their hands on these books and are fully engaged in their reading with these stories. They love the addition of videos that truly are as important to the story as the text itself.
