As a CPA and someone who works in the private wealth management field, I think James Lange’s book is a terrific addition to the fingertip ready, “go to” sources that I utilize when addressing retirement planning with with clients. The text is fluid and easy to follow. The examples are excellent at illustrating points to the less sophisticated. I wholly recommend this text to anyone pursuing retirement planning utilizing IRA structures.

After reading this book I finally have a blueprint of what I must do regarding estate planning. I plan to read the book a second time highlighting all the important aspects of Jim’s advice. My goal is to have my sons understand the critical nature of estate planning and how their financial future could be compromised by not following Jim’s advice. Great book!!! I have recommended it to all my friends both young and old.

This book should be required reading for anyone interested in their own retirement income or those interested in providing for their heirs. It is easy to follow but packed with tips and facts not easily obtained in our normal reading. It would make a good practical college or high school text on retirement planning as well as providing excellent advice on estate planning.
